INDI&COLD × Moments Malaga

Fashion, art and design came together yesterday at Moments Malaga in a day celebrating creativity, collaboration and community.

Yesterday, we experienced a day full of inspiration at Moments Malaga, a festival that brings together culture, avant-garde, and emerging talents. Our collaboration with the festival stems from our shared passion for art, craftmanship, and contemporary creativity.

The artisan Idoia Cuesta, National Craft award winner and a leading figure in basketry, presented her installation “Memoria y materia del mar”, created especially for INDI&COLD. Suspended in space, the piece combines fishing line and rattan core, transforming traditional and modern materials into a play of lights, shadows and movements that evoke fishing traps and cages of the Andalusian coast. The repetition of volumes and heights paid tribute to the patient craft of weaving, showing how a functional tool from the sea can become a sculpture, inviting to reflect on memory, craftmanship and creativity.

On our side, our Marketing director, Laura Zorrilla, led a workshop “From sketch to click; branding for creatives”, in the Art School San Telmo, guiding young designers and entrepreneurs to build brands with identity, strategy and coherence. Two very inspiring hours in which we enjoyed working hand in hand with emerging talents.

The day finished in our store in Calle Nueva 13, with a party opened to the entire creative community. Attendance exceeded our expectations, and our Malaga shop was full of artists and friends; music was by DJ Efffe, creating a vibrant, energetic atmosphere. The catering was from Bernardita, the refreshments from Linda and Cervezas Alhambra, the sponsor of the festival, served the beers  It was the perfect ending of a day that reunited creativity, craftmanship, and culture in a space of connection and inspiration.

With this participation, we reinforce our commitment to collaboration, creativity, and dialogue between fashion, art, and culture. Thank you for the wonderful organization of the festival, and to the team behind it; Juan, Marta…🫶🏼. See you next year Moments!
